MicroTech Trader Featured Company Viyya Technologies Announces Customer Support Structure for VIYYA(tm) Rollout

DALLAS, Dec. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MicroTech Trader featured company Viyya Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VYON) announced this week that the release of its flagship VIYYA(tm) 1.7 automated web search and retrieval software will include a customer support infrastructure dedicated to enhancing product performance.

Viyya reported a three-pronged approach to customer support that includes a setup guide with step-by-step instructions for the user to establish web-search anchors that identify his or her individual preferences for search and retrieval; web-based self-help consisting of menus, FAQ's, and tutorials; and interactive help through email response, online chats with members of the Viyya support team, and telephone help through a toll free number.

Scheduled for full market release in the coming weeks, the new VIYYA(tm) software has been designed to deliver previously unattainable levels of speed, automation, customer preference, and time savings. It is the user's "Virtual Internet Assistant" in the process of collecting, processing, delivering, and storing data relevant to the end user. For desired information that changes continuously over time (i.e. stock market reporting), the user can set VIYYA(tm) to search and retrieve at pre-selected intervals, allowing him or her to obtain the most current data, and to apply their time more effectively to other tasks.

Shares of VYON closed Wednesday just under $0.10, up more than $0.03 in the past three weeks; and the company's planned product rollout is expected to create significant revenue that likely will fuel continued interest and investment in this stock. World Am, Inc. (OTCBB:WLDI), Itec Environmental Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ITCV), and iVoice, Inc. (OTCBB:IVOC) were some of the other OTC companies with strong volume Wednesday.
