STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Proact IT Group AB (publ) has decided to focus their efforts on the Nordics and the Baltic states and has accepted an offer from the management team at Proact Datasystems AG, the subsidiary in Switzerland.
The management team of Proact Datasystems AG will continue developing the Swiss company and further improve the position on the Swiss market.
The cooperation between Proact IT Group and Proact Datasystems AG in Switzerland will continue, both regarding software and hardware as well as within services.
The sale of the swiss subsidiary results in a small capital loss and a positive cash flow of about 3 MSEK.
