VoIPMDU.COM Completes Agreement for The Most Comprehensive VoIP Telephony Package Available on The Market with UAMA/Teliphone


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- VoIPMDU.COM (www.voipmdu.com) (Pink Sheets:VPMD) today announced that it has signed an agreement with its joint venture partner, UAMA/Teliphone(tm) (OTCBB:UAMA) (www.teliphone.us) to provide an unprecedented VoIP telephony package to a group of current VoIP subscribers and also exclusively to a large number of loyalty points members throughout North America and Europe (See VoIPMDU.COM Press Release dated December 6th, 2004).

The program will be launched in the first quarter of 2005 and will feature two VoIP telephony bundles under the brand name of PlatinumTeliphone(tm). One will consist of an ATA unit and the other will be offered as a wireless product that will be marketed online on a monthly basis with no contract requirements. The packages will include unified messaging with Teliphone's Single Point of Contact Follow Me(tm) System permitting subscribers to have one phone number and be reached on multiple land-based cellular or Internet phone numbers where subscribers may alternate seamlessly between wireless VoIP and cellular environments. The packaging also includes unlimited inbound local calling, use of existing phone numbers, free worldwide calling to other subscribers, preferred area code, web-base billing, call waiting, display, name, voice mail and unified voice/e-mail messages as well as call forwarding, 3 way conferencing, call transfer, travel cards and 16 hours of North American calling per month, as well as access to discounted international calling rates.
