1. Further to the press release issued on November 4, 2004, in which Identa (Pink Sheets:IDTA) announced its contractual engagement with Sulcons GmbH of Zurich -- With regard to the Swiss market (following a meeting between the parties in Switzerland), we are pleased to announce that the Swiss company will also represent Identa in Italy.
Representation of Identa in the two additional countries was finalized after about two months of negotiations in which the parties concluded work methods.
After thorough investigation, Identa reached the conclusion that Sulcons GmbH has the potential and the contacts required to represent the company well in Austria and Italy. Sulcons will represent Identa in all markets.
2. Identa is happy to announce that Dyna-Tech, a German company, will represent Identa in the German police market. The contractual relationship with Dyna-Tech began about one year ago. During this time various German police units have tested Identa products.
The tests have proven very successful, and Dyna-Tech recently informed Identa that the German Police had decided to allocate a budget of 300,000 USD in 2005 for the purchase of drug detection kits. Dyna-Tech is owned by retired high-ranking German police officers.
Identa Corp. develops, manufactures, and distributes proprietary on-site drugs-of-abuse testing products (chemical kit) for the professional and civil markets. The Company's products include rapid test kits (substance only) for the detection of Marijuana/Hashish, Ecstasy, Cocaine/Crack, and Heroin.
