Agent155.com Begins Development of Music Licensing and Download Service for Musicians Worldwide

Music download service projected to generate significant revenue for Agent155 Media Group, Inc.

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Agent155 Media Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AGMG), a provider of multi-media content management tools providing exposure, networking and collaboration opportunities to models, performers, artists, athletes, musicians, filmmakers and agencies worldwide, today announced it has begun development of its music download service.

According to a recent Apple press release, its iTunes Music Store is currently selling over a million songs per day. "Clearly, downloading music legally is now in the mainstream," commented Christopher Martinez, CEO of Agent155 Media Group, Inc. "The success of the iPod and similar devices has launched a new era of music distribution."

Musicians will soon be able to upload and offer licensed downloads of their music to fans worldwide for a per-download fee of around .79 cents per song. The revenue will be split between the artist and Agent155, with the musician to receive approximately 50%. "Musicians who have not yet been discovered have an enormous opportunity to get their songs out there and start creating a real buzz and generate sales," stated Martinez. "We're all about a new digital revolution. There are multitudes of sites selling music, the problem is it's all the same stuff. New, undiscovered, talented musicians lacked digital distribution until now."

According to The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), individuals in the U.S. and Europe legally downloaded more than 200 million tracks in 2004, up almost tenfold over 2003. IFPI estimates that digital music revenues were around $330 million in 2004, up sixfold from the previous year.

"Putting the power into the musician's hands, that is our goal," added Martinez.
