Bach-Hauser Has Changed Its Name To Financial Access Solutions Technology, Inc.


MONTREAL, Feb. 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bach-Hauser has changed its name to Financial Access Solutions Technology, Inc. (Pink Sheets:FLST). On February 8, 2005, Bach-Hauser, Inc. filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation effecting the change of the Company's name. The name change was approved by the Board of Directors and by written consent of the majority shareholders of the Company's voting common stock.

As a result of the name change, the Company's new trading symbol is FLST effective the opening of the market on Friday, February 11, 2005.
