ProVision Operation Systems Inc. Appoints a New President and CEO


NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb. 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ProVision Operation Systems Inc. (Pink Sheets:PVNO) today announced the appointment of a new president and CEO. Effective Feb. 21, 2005, the new president and CEO is Hassan (Sam) Kassir. In his position as president and CEO, Kassir will oversee the day-to-day operations, expand sales and marketing and guide the business and financial planning and development of the company.

Robert Fletcher, ProVision's previous chairman, president, CEO and co-founder will continue to serve as the company's chairman. Fletcher is transitioning the president and CEO responsibility to Kassir to increase the depth of professional resources available to the company and to manage company growth. This transition will allow Fletcher to focus on company leadership, vision and generating new market opportunities.
