SEATTLE, March 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Karrington Holdings Corp. (NQB-EQS) (Pink Sheets:KGHC) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Solomon, the Irish music band, to release their new recording worldwide.

Solomon-The Band has been playing together in Ireland for aver 10 years now, and has enjoyed success and critical acclaim for their work. Their first single entitled "This Might Happen" reached number 5 in the Irish music charts. Their music has consistently enjoyed top reviews from music journalists and fans, which will provide Karrington with an excellent opportunity to release and distribute Solomon's latest recording globally.

Karrington's Chairman David Gideon Thomson has a long, distinguished and very successful career in the music industry.
