Adsero Corp. Appoints Second Member of Advisory Committee

MONTREAL, March 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Adsero Corp. (OTCBB:ADSO) today announced that Murray Wright has agreed to join the Advisory Committee.

Mr. Wright is currently General Manager, Ingram Micro, the Canadian operations of Ingram Micro, the world's largest technology distributor, with sales in excess of $25 billion annually. Mr. Wright has over 17 years' experience in general management, distribution and customer relations.

Yvon Leveille, President and CEO of Adsero Corp., stated, "The addition of Murray to our Advisory committee provides the strength and experience needed in the distribution and logistics area. This will become extremely important as we feel it will be critical for us to move towards 24-48 hour delivery anywhere in North America for our customers. Mr. Mark Benadiba, of Cott Corporation, and Mr. Wright will certainly help to strengthen our positioning within the industry going forward and we are excited to have individuals of their caliber agree to join our team."

"With the requirements on companies to meet customer demands related to delivery, I expect to be able to help Adsero in their vision of becoming the dominant Tier two player within the recharger segment of imaging consumables. I am extremely pleased with Adsero's vision related to the management of E-Waste. This is a serious problem which we see on a day to day basis in our business at Ingram Micro, and the opportunities to manage and minimize this waste stream are tremendous. Adsero has the opportunity to build a highly profitable business in the imaging consumables segment while at the same time building an E-Waste collection network to address the growing landfill problem," commented Mr. Wright.
