CNC Announces Dedicated Pyramid Subsidiary

MONTREAL, March 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CNC (Pink Sheets:CNCW) announces the creation of a subsidiary dedicated to the marketing, sales and support for its Pyramid software. The subsidiary has been named PyraSolutions Management Inc.

With the successful installations to-date, CNC has received several requests from other hospitals for presentations and submissions. PyraSolutions has been setting up these various presentations and is forecasting multi-million dollar software contracts over the next twelve months. In addition, the Company is starting to conduct interviews with experienced support staff to assist in the increased volume of new installations and on-going support and training.

In April, PyraSolutions plans a major event, by invitation only, to several other interested customers. This event is intended to demonstrate the plug-and-play nature of its software solution and the instantaneous case-costing reports which these hospital customers increasingly require to more efficiently manage their budgets.

Pyramid is a powerful case cost-management and decision-support software solution that allows healthcare administrators to track and fully evaluate the detailed direct and indirect costs of clinical and medical activities within and between their institutions.

PyraSolutions Management Inc. is a holding of Central Network Communications, Inc., a public company listed on the OTC Other market under the ticker symbol CNCW. For more information, visit www.cncinc.ca. CNC's Safe Harbour Statement
