Our goal is to provide a wonderful and complete evening dining experience for our customers," said Meridith.
Combining old-world European decor with a Tuscan flair, Meridith's Restaurant is a comfortable bistro environment. "We hope our guests can leave their daily rigors behind for a while, enjoy their favorite wine with an accompanying fine meal; good food, relaxing atmosphere," said Meridith.
Specially selected evening entrees are offered to compliment regular offerings including orange-ginger salmon, varying risotto selections and lobster and penne carbonara. The menu is versatile with poultry, meat, fish and pasta selections and Meridith's uses only the finest fresh ingredients.
