(Pink Sheets:ATIG) has signed an agreement with Redd/Lichee Corporation, (an established Navajo Business) to pursue gaming on the Navajo Reservation, the largest Indian Tribe in the United States. This is ATIG's second deal within the Indian Gaming market. In 2002, ATIG developed a website with online casino games for the AVI Resort & Casino in Laughlin, Nevada and marked a milestone for ATIG. The AVI Resort & Casino (www.avicasino.com) is the only tribal resort & casino with a Nevada Gaming License. The Navajo Nation approved gaming on the reservation and anticipates their first casino to be launched by the year's end. Indian gaming has grown dramatically over the last several years and surpassed Vegas in total gaming revenue generated last year.
ATIG has also developed a strategic alliance with several gaming executives to apply for a slot distribution license in the State of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania passed a slot bill last year potentially creating the 2nd largest slot market in the United States. The gaming partners have extensive experience in the slot distribution market in Vegas. The corporation has also hired a SEC attorney and a CPA firm to help them in the efforts to become reporting this year and move up to the OTC BB.
