Malers Automation and Control Completes Second Stage Testing of Homeland Security Sensor System

Sensor Now Works at Close to 40 Ft. Depth

HADERA, Israel, April 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Malers Automation and Control Ltd. ("Malers") (Pink Sheets:GXXL), today announced that the Company successfully completed second stage trials of its newly developed homeland security product.

Uncovering underground terrorist activity has evaded homeland security experts, leaving their discovery to be more fortuitous than systematic. Malers new sensor system represents a breakthrough in identifying both underground movement and tunnels. Initial tests were run at 15 feet only two weeks ago and now the Company has successfully completed tests at almost 40 feet.

"It is very unusual to conduct such successful back-to-back testing," says Malers' CEO, Ronen Luzon. "This represents outstanding progress and we look forward to the next round of tests at 80 feet being equally successful. The feedback we have received from the market has been outstanding, leading us to understand that this new sensor system can be a banner product for Malers."
