Comprehensive HealthCare Solutions, Inc. to Deliver more than 300,000 Discount Rx Cards

YONKERS, N.Y., May 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Comprehensive HealthCare Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:CMHS) announces over 300,000 Luzerne County discount prescription cards will be delivered May 11, 2005 to Luzerne County, Pa., Commissioners Offices for distribution.

The Luzerne County Commissioners will hold a press conference on May 11th to inform the county's residents and other interested parties on how they will benefit from using Comprehensive's discount prescription benefit card. As previously released on April 20, 2005, 20% of Luzerne County's population is over age 65. Another 24% of the population is between the ages of 45 and 64. Based on the age demographics and other key factors Comprehensive expects that Luzerne County's utilization rate will exceed the national average. On a quarterly basis, Comprehensive will receive a transaction fee on approximately 85% of all the prescriptions purchased using the Luzerne County discount prescription card.

Comprehensive's Chairman & CEO, John Treglia added, "The Luzerne County Commissioners are very upbeat about the opportunity to provide their residents with much needed economic assistance in meeting their prescription needs. By utilizing the prescription discount card residence will recognize savings on prescription costs of up to 40% with an overall average of better than 20%. Luzerne County, like other state and local governments, is keenly aware that the national average prescription cost is $62 with some areas as high as $100. As a result of this development, we are now pursuing a number of other municipal governments who have also expressed interest in providing these benefits to their constituents. Based on this heightened interest, we feel more confident than ever in our ability to grow the company rapidly."
