Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. Announces New Trading Symbol and Share Split


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CYHD), a leading computer peripheral design company specializing in innovative wireless ergonomic products for mobile and desktop users, announced that the company's common stock symbol has changed from OTCBB Pink Sheets:NVCI to OTCBB Pink Sheets:CYHD effective at market opening today. This change coincides with the recently announced share exchange agreement with NuVoci, Inc. and the company's name change from NuVoci to Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. In addition, the common shares of Cyberhand have been split on a 10 for 1 basis so that the Company now has approximately 64,172,880 issued and outstanding.
