This change coincides with the recently announced share exchange agreement with NuVoci, Inc. and the company's name change from NuVoci to Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. In addition, the common shares of Cyberhand have been split on a 10 for 1 basis so that the Company now has approximately 64,172,880 issued and outstanding.
