Malers Automation and Control Wins Second Installation with Major Pharmaceutical

System to be Installed at New Manufacturing Facility


HADERA, Israel, June 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Malers Automation and Control Ltd. ("Malers") (Pink Sheets:MSNC), today announced that it has signed a contract for a two-staged installation of a customized automation and control system at the new factory of a publicly traded pharmaceutical corporation.

After many months of preliminary work, the Company won the bid for this prestigious and valuable contract. Malers will install the entire system in two stages over the course of the next several months. Each stage is valued in excess of $20,000. This is the second contract awarded to Malers by this client in recent weeks.

The client's new facility, which is under construction, will produce some of the company's better known drugs. Malers' custom built automation and control system plays an integral role in the success of this facility.
