BioMed Realty Trust Declares Second Quarter 2005 Dividend


SAN DIEGO, June 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:BMR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2005 dividend of $0.27 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2005, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2005.

The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.08 per common share.
