U.S. Biodefense, Inc. and Diamond I, Inc. Partner to Commercialize Patent Pending Biometric Security Technology


CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. and BATON ROUGE, La., June 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- U.S. Biodefense Inc. (OTCBB:UBDE), a Department of Defense central contractor and technology transfer company, and Diamond I Inc. (OTCBB:DMOI), a developer of wireless handheld gaming products, announced today the signing of a patent listing and Tech Transfer alliance agreement.

David Loflin, CEO of Diamond I, stated, "IBM has patent licensing revenues of $1 Billion or a fifth of total profits. Executing this patent listing and alliance agreement with U.S. Biodefense demonstrates another tangible commitment to our shareholders and corporate success through the proliferation of our Intellectual Property. We believe our Patent Pending Biometric Security Technologies are capable of being integrated into many new vertical industries that have the potential for bringing significant revenues and profits. U.S. Biodefense will help us properly package and market new licenses to these niches."

Under the agreement, U.S. BioDefense Inc. will Market the Intellectual Property on its technology transfer exchange web site www.T2X.US . UBDE will focus on assisting Diamond I, Inc. in generating new revenue channels from potential licensees in order to rapidly bring to market its Patent Pending Biometric Security Technology. The goal is to form partnerships with Fortune 500 Companies and Government Agencies for leveraging Diamond I into several new vertical industry fields of use for its inventions.
