CNC's PyraSolutions Appoints New CTO


MONTREAL, June 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PyraSolutions Management, Inc., a subsidiary of Central Network Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CNCW), announced today the nomination of Mr. Albert Hadida as Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Hadida has over 30 years of solid experience in computer engineering and project management particularly for financial software solutions. Following the successful installation of its Pyramid software at the Hotel-Dieu de Saint-Jerome, PyraSolutions is forging ahead with plans to accelerate the installation at other Quebec hospitals. As such, the Company is structuring and reinforcing its technical team.

Mr. Hadida has extensive knowledge of system's design and support. As the new CTO, he will oversee all the activities related to technical support, training, installation, development, and interfaces management of the Pyramid software. Mr. Hadida has already unveiled the team of highly qualified technical experts who will support him in the day to day running of the department.

He has also developed Aditext, a software solution for the textile industry which has been widely used in Quebec and Ontario for over 18 years. This expertise extends beyond to various fields such as pharmaceutical, retail, and the public service.

Pyramid is a powerful cost management and decision-support software tool that enables healthcare administrators to track and fully evaluate the detailed direct and indirect costs of clinical and medical activities. This software has already been successfully implemented in several hospitals including St-Jerome Hospital which has became the first permanent technology showcase for the Pyramid software solution in Quebec.
