(Pink Sheets:CYHD), a leading computer peripheral design company specializing in innovative wireless ergonomic products for mobile and desktop users, announced that it has agreed to terms for the acquisition of 64 percent of the Pocketop Computer Corp. ("Pocketop").
Cyberhand negotiated the terms of the acquisition of 100 percent of Valuecap Investments Inc.'s (TSX-V:V), (formerly Tullaree Capital, Inc.), holding of the Pocketop Computer Corporation. A formal agreement will be executed in the near future and the transaction may be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Cyberhand, through a related subsidiary, has effectively run the day-to-day operations of Pocketop for the past two years. This agreement will formalize control of Pocketop.
