RMD Entertainment Announces Release Date of September 10 with North American Dance Music Distributor Inversus Records

Two Platinum-Certified Artists/Producers Collaborate on First Music Release

BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, Sept. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- RMD Entertainment Inc. (Pink Sheets:SCXC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sciax Corp., announced today that it has scheduled its first of many music releases with Inversus Records of Miami, the exclusive North American distributor of RMD's dance music catalogue. It was also announced that the music release would be "Pride" RMD vs. C & C. This highly anticipated release is a collaboration between platinum producer Phil Charles and artist Freedom Williams. Mr. Charles has previously worked on the monster dance remix of Macy Gray's "Do Something", which sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide. Freedom Williams, of Grammy Award winning platinum artist C & C Music Factory, has sold over 9 million albums to date worldwide.

"Teaming two platinum artists together on a project of this magnitude is very exciting for us," commented KC Flightt, senior vice president of RMD's dance division. "The release is a remake of a song that C & C Music Factory made classic in its original form. It performed well for the group the first time around and we feel very confident that Phil Charles and Freedom Williams have brought the new production to the next level here in 2005."

"The rubber hits the road now!, as they say," added Sciax CEO and RMD Entertainment president, Giorgio C. Costonis. "We signed the deal with Inversus in May and already have a high profile release in the pipeline. RMD is extremely excited about all of the distribution deals that we have been able to secure over the past 10 months. As we continue to restructure Sciax Corporation, it is very important that we continue to secure distribution agreements that create opportunities for revenue and growth for the company."

Mr. Costonis continued, "We will be very aggressive in our release schedule with all distributors over the next 16 months. This includes all formats of music i.e., traditional compact discs, digital downloads, and ringtones. Our ability to secure distribution agreements for all music formats has allowed us to shift our focus to scheduling and delivering product into the worldwide network that we have been able to create. We are pleased with our progress in terms of the restructuring of our organization to this point and remain very optimistic about the short-term and long-term future of Sciax Corporation."
