Vitasti Launches Amazon Acai Berry Granola, Gluten-Free Hot Cereal and Diabetic Granola Online

Agreement Signed With Branalex for Investment Banking Services

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Vitasti, Inc. (OTCBB:VITS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has launched the online version of its e-store for the sale of its Amazon Acai Berry line of products. There is also a section for distributor and retailer inquiries for the granola line, bar line and Sambazon Acai berry powder and pulp bulk products.

Health benefits of the acai berry are discussed by "The New York Times" best selling author, Dr. Perricone ("The Perricone Weight Loss Diet"): "We need good fats, such as those found in salmon, sardines and other cold-water fish, extra virgin olive oil, nuts, seeds, avocado, and acai (a Brazilian berry whose fatty-acid ratio resembles that of olive oil). These 'good' fats will help us absorb nutrients from our vegetables and fruits, keep our cells supple, our skin glowing and wrinkle-free, our brains sharp, and our mood upbeat. We also need dietary fat to burn fat." http://msnbc.msn.com/id/9519939/

In conjunction with the e-store Acai products, the company has launched its Flax and Nut Granola, (suitable for diabetics and those following a low carb program) under the brand "Carb Craver Alternatives" and its Vitasti Organic Gluten Free Hot Cereal.

The company is also pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Branalex Financial Group Inc. ("BFG"), retaining BFG as the company's Investment Banking Group. BFG's objective is to finance and/or assist in the financing of Vitasti Inc.
