Cereplast, Inc. Goes Public, Registration Statement Declared Effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission


HAWTHORNE, Calif., Nov. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Cereplast, Inc. (OTCBB:CERP), the provider of proprietary bio-based resins that are a substitute for petroleum-based plastics, today announced that the company's SB-2 registration statement has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
