NorthStar Realty Finance Prices Public Offering of Common Stock


NEW YORK, Dec. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE:NRF) announced today that it has priced its public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock, all of which are being sold by the company, at $9.25 per share. The underwriters of the offering have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,200,000 additional shares of common stock from the company to cover any over-allotments.

The underwriting group for the offering is jointly led by Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC. JMP Securities LLC is acting as a co-manager for the offering.
