(OTCBB:WYDY) announces that it has signed an agreement for distribution of its regular and sugar free "King of Energy" drinks to the country of Mexico, with the 4th largest tequila manufacturer and distributor, AGROINDUSTRIA GUADALAJARA S.A de C.V (AGSA de CV). The contract calls for minimum purchase orders in 2006 of over 100,000 cases, with revenues exceeding $2,000,000.
AGSA de CV has twelve distribution and sales centers located throughout the Mexico region and will immediately disperse the "King of Energy" drinks into these channels. "This will not be a difficult task for us," said Alejandro Cervantes, the General Manager for AGSA de CV. "We currently ship 1,000 cases of tequila per day through our distribution centers and will simply piggy back our product with the Who's Your Daddy drink. In fact, it is our intention to package up both our tequila with the 'King of Energy' as a combo beverage, similar to what others do in the restaurant and bar business. Our premium tequila actually tastes very good as a mixed drink -- the news of the great taste will travel fast."
In addition to their vast distribution channels, AGSA de CV has relationships with both small and large retailers across Mexico, which include XOXO convenience store chain, Costco Mexico and others. Who's Your Daddy will assist AGSA de CV with local promotions throughout Mexico for its retailers and by attending trade shows in the coming year. Who's Your Daddy, in association with AGSA de CV, will engage in marketing promotion during the 2006 NASCAR Mexico race.
