EWAN 1, Inc. Begins Filing Process to Become Fully-Reporting

SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- eWan 1, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN) today announced that it has begun the filing process and procedures necessary to become a fully reporting company. The Company took the initial step of retaining the law firms of Randall S. Goulding and SEC Counsel, Richard Anslow. Goulding will prepare all necessary internal documents and Anslow will file the actual registration documents. Now that eWAN is positioned to go to market, it is critical that the Company become full-reporting to obtain various potential exchange listings.

In making the announcement, William J. Kettle, eWan Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are poised to take a major step forward in our business plan by soon finalizing the acquisition of cable broadcaster ClearWave Communications, Inc., which we announced last summer. We have also completed all beta testing of our unique 'Triple Play' set-top box which combines Internet, telephone service (VOIP), data and video capability. eWAN's subscribers, using our proprietary set-top box, and via their DSL or other broadband connection, will eventually join a new private, exclusive TV network affording them freedom of choice from among 175 channels at approximately one-third the cost of existing cable or satellite subscriptions. We have carefully planned our approach to the global consumer market, first attaining a national footprint. In moving toward an international posture, we intend to capture an early and significant proportion of underserved markets in areas as yet untouched by multinational companies."
