WinSonic Digital Media Group, Ltd. Announces Appointment of Bruce Clark as Vice President of Converged Solutions

Former Sun Microsystems Area Executive Joins the WinSonic Digital Cable Network Systems Management Team


ATLANTA, Feb. 3, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Winston Johnson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WinSonic Digital Media Group, Ltd. (Pink Sheets:WDMG) announced today that Bruce Clark was appointed Vice President of Converged Solutions for WinSonic Digital Cable Network Systems. Mr. Clark's formidable experience in the technology sector gives him the necessary qualifications for directing the Converged Solutions Division of WinSonic. "We are excited to have Bruce Clark on our executive team. Bruce has extensive experience in sales and management and will play an integral role in charting the future growth of WinSonic," said Mr. Johnson.

Bruce Clark, 54 years of age, has served in a number of Senior Sales and Management roles at Sun Microsystems. He has held leadership roles in direct sales, the National Partner Program Office and the iForce Partner Advantage Southern Area. Mr. Clark has experience in managing National accounts as well as developing program services for companies, i.e. Xerox, JPL, Bellsouth, AT&T, Sprint, Mattel, Rockwell International, ACS State Healthcare, TRW, Cox Enterprises, Bass Hotels, Inc., and others. He has served in specialty roles for Sun Microsystems as a Service Provider Specialist Manager, Application Provider Business Development Manager, and Go To Market Specialist.

A graduate of the University of Southern California earning a BA in Urban Planning and a BS in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Clark has been active in many civic and charitable organizations and currently serves as board member of the North Metro Atlanta Chapter of the 100 Black Men of America, member NAACP, American Red Cross Caseworker Trainer and member of The Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Past affiliations include member of the Texas Economic Development Council, YMCA/YBOA/Upward Basketball Coach, Jack & Jill of America Fathers Auxiliary and board member of Boy Scouts of America.
