Seminar for Housing Professionals in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, Feb. 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Last months National Association of Home Builders' show in Orlando, offered more than a dozen programs at which housing professionals from around the country heard "How To Seminars" on how to increase business. This spring, a continuation of targeted series of seminars is being offered for Housing Professionals interested in increasing their profits in the new home market. Called the Smart Strategies Seminars To Grow your housing Business, it's being sponsored by Home Buyer Publications, Building Systems Magazine, J. Rouleau & Associates and SystemsBuiltNews.Com. Housing industry experts will gather this March to offer a one-day conference specifically geared to individuals who build, sell and market new homes.

Speakers such as Charles Bevier of Building Systems Magazine, Jerry Rouleau of J. Rouleau & Associates, Margot Larson of KardasLarson LLC, Bill Webb of William Webb & Company Inc. and Carl Davidson & Ric Harry of Sales & Management Solution are just a few of the speakers who will present cutting-edge information on sales, marketing, housing trends, technology, home designs, web sites, human recourses and merchandising your model homes. The seminars will focus on new home sales professionals, sales managers, realtors, builders, contractors, developers and entrepreneurs. The seminar will offer secrets of the top performers in the new home building industry.

The two locations this spring are Baltimore, MD March 10th and Louisville, KY March 31st. The one-day conference and trade show is geared for those interested in increasing their profits in the new home market. In addition to the general session housing professionals will be able to attend a building systems Tabletop Trade Show that will allow professionals in the housing industry to investigate systems built construction within the log, modular and panelized systems of construction.

"Professionals within the housing industry are looking outside their comfort zone and taking stock of what the Systems Built Industry can offer them," says Scott Rouleau of J. Rouleau & Associates. Scott Rouleau, with a Connecticut based consulting firm specializing in the housing industry, emphasized that self-education of what the systems built industry can offer is essential for working smart.

Attendees will be able to choose from two seminars in each time slot. A dozen speakers will provide 50-minute programs, enabling you to pick your topics of interest.
