Liska Biometry's Merger Candidate, DCS Europe, Wins a European Government Passport Contract

DOVER, N.H., March 10, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Liska Biometry (OTCBB:LSKA) is pleased to announce that DCS Europe has won an award regarding a European government passport project. In February, Liska signed a definitive agreement to merge with the parent company of DCS Europe, DCS. "This is tremendous news, and this just exemplifies further the breadth and experience the DCS team has in global ID projects," said Christopher J. LeClerc, Liska's Chairman and CEO. "We are very pleased with this order," said Charles Benz, Chairman of DCS. "This is a very exciting time for this space. In my 25 years of experience in secure identification projects, this is by far the most explosive growth I have seen."

As per the contract, DCS Europe will provide an entire software solution to ensure secure image capture and database management for this government project. The value of the contract is approximately $325,000. This follows a recent successful installation of ID software at the Council of the European Union in Brussels. "This is only the beginning," said Benz. "We look forward to integrating Liska's proprietary BIN technology into our overall solution for these projects. This will only give us a more advantageous position as we move toward our goal of becoming a major player in this marketplace. We are presently working and bidding on a number of projects around the world. We are very excited about the promise of our merger with Liska; as it brings with it sound management, Wall Street experience, great technology and engineering."

DCS has a 51% ownership in DCS Europe. Liska signed a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the outstanding stock in DCS and to own 100% of all its subsidiaries. At present the companies are continuing due diligence and going through the process of auditing financial statements.
