Terminal de Cargas Argentina Selects Agentis AdaptivEnterprise to Deliver Comprehensive Cargo Management and Secured Tracking System

Project Results Reduce Cost of Cargo Operations by 30 Percent

ATLANTA, March 15, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Agentis Software today announced that Terminal de Cargas Argentina (TCA), the leading provider of full logistics and storage services to all foreign cargo agents in Argentina, selected Agentis AdaptivEnterprise to build and manage its comprehensive cargo management and secured tracking system. The customized solution, named the Mobile Verification System (MOVS), was completed with the assistance of Patagonia Technologies, a Systems Integrator for Agentis Software in Latin America. It is being used to provide real-time verification and control for cargo operations at the Argentinean government warehouse, located at Ezeiza International Airport. MOVS ensures that cargo is made available in the in the right place and at the right time. The introduction of MOVS has helped TCA to maintain its leadership as one of the most advanced cargo terminals in Latin America.

TCA, a national company with its headquarters and main operational hub at Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires, is the cargo handling and transport business arm of Aeropuerto Argentina 2000. It is Argentina's fastest growing independent cargo handling company. Over the past several years, TCA has experienced substantial growth resulting in several different cargo management systems being in place. TCA recognized a need to consolidate all of those legacy systems, including customer applications and the General Customs Administration, under a single new solution that would provide it a clear competitive advantage in the airfreight industry.

"We needed a system that would enable us to more effectively manage and control all aspects of our various air cargo operations, including the ability to absorb the additional tracking and administrative overhead we anticipate related to increased cargo operations and tightened security measures," said Matias Nicolas Ferrio, Project Leader, TCA. "Because of AdaptivEnterprise's inherent flexibility and integration capabilities, we are able to protect our existing investments in complementary systems and get the new system up and running quickly. In addition, AdaptivEnterprise will allow us to streamline every business process to achieve even greater levels of customer satisfaction and profitability."

MOVS is a comprehensive solution for cargo handling and inventory control that is designed to increase a company's productivity and efficiency. It was built and implemented by 2 developers in 2 months. "With MOVS we have effectively reduced the cost of our cargo operations by 30%," stated Ferrio. Operating on open platform architecture, it can run on virtually all operating systems and can be rapidly integrated with existing applications. Its key features include:

-- Ability to manage the build-up and break-down of ULDs (Unit
Loading Devices) increases efficiency and reduces errors

-- Remote scanning/input at point of loading for automated build-up
    of flights/manifesting reduces resources

-- Comprehensive automated messaging to CARGO-IMP standards (the
    international standard for cargo handling)

-- Full integration with Customs delivers automatic reporting
resulting in rapid clearance of cargo

-- Remote scanning/input at point of offloading/break bulk for
verification of manifests provides immediate management
    information

"We are very excited to have this opportunity to work with TCA, and to apply our world-class technology to solving its air cargo management and control issues," said Omar Arab, President of Agentis Software in Latin America. "MOVS will serve as strong testament to our considerable experience in developing complex business solutions and to our ability to work effectively with our Solutions Partners who have specific domain expertise to ensure our customers the maximum business benefit."
