Air Force Awards Northrop Grumman Educational and Training Services Contract


HERNDON, Va., March 30, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The U.S Air Force has selected a team led by Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) to provide educational and training services at Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, GA, under a contract valued at $43 million over five years.

Under the terms of the contract, Northrop Grumman's Technical Services sector will lead a team that will provide educational and training services, including career development and tuition assistance counseling, to both military and civilian personnel at Robins Air Force Base and associated tenant commands. The team includes Eagle Systems and Services, Inc., Standard Technology, Inc. and the Graduate School USDA.
