Systems & Software Officially Launches enQuesta Version 3.0 At CIS Conference

This release follows on the heels of several successful installations for water, gas and electric utility customers throughout North America. Major new features include the following:

a. WebConnect - a state-of-the-art customer self service solution that offers utility customers 24-hour access to their account information via the Internet. WebConnect enables customers to create and update personal information, including mailing address and telephone number. WebConnect provides up-to-the minute account summary, consumption and billing history -- all within a few simple mouse clicks. Customers can even securely pay for their services over the Internet.

d. enQuesta Online Learning - a training series which users can access from a Web browser. The training offers simulations, allowing users to learn at their own pace. This flexible training and learning system helps your employees learn and retain information, and allows you to keep better track of their progress.

e. Inquiry Portal Configuration Tool -- brings yet more usability and configurability to the industry's most intuitive portal screen. Administrators can quickly and easily create user groups and inquiry configurations though a drag-and-drop Web interface.

f.. FixedBill -- FixedBill supports customers who want the convenience and security of knowing exactly how much their utility bill will be each month regardless of consumption.
