On May 21st, Lindal Cedar Homes founder Sir Walter Lindal will present this award to Tom West of Carolina Custom Homes at his customers' Casa Islena home on Governors Island, Denver, NC. The event is scheduled from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. Based in Denver, NC, West has represented Lindal as a dealer since 1986 and has designed over 100 residential projects for his clients. Mr. West is the recipient of numerous awards, including the North Carolina Homebuilders 1992 Grand Award for Contemporary Design for the Casa Islena two-story home plan. He also was a member of the Lindal President's club five years in a row, named a top distributor by the Lindal advisory council for four years, and received Lindal's awards for model home of the year and the design center of the year. West says "I couldn't have done it without Lindal's support. It has been a lot of fun working with clients on their dream homes."
