Addition of Key Management Positions Reflects Growth and Progress in the WinSonic Family of Companies


ATLANTA, May 23, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Winston Johnson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WinSonic Digital Media Group, Ltd. (Pink Sheets:WDMG) announced the addition of a Legal and Business Affairs Department to the WinSonic family. The key positions in this department are held by Janice Alfred, Esq., Director of Business and Legal Affairs; Jessie Brown, Office Manager/ Administrator; Lisa Hollingsworth, Director of Administration and Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO; Felecia Ruffin, Administrator of Legal/Business Affairs; and Maklain Devoe, Clerk/Paralegal.

Janice Alfred, Esq., has a diverse background having served as general counsel for several small businesses, paralegal at Lane & Mittendorf (currently Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf), editor for the New York law School Journal of Human Rights, where both her note (Denial of the American Dream: The Plight of Undocumented High School Students Within the U.S. Educational System, 19 N.Y.L. SCH.J. HUM.RTS. 615, 645 (2003)) and article (The 45th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women: Gender Discrimination and the AIDS pandemic, 18 N.Y.L. SCH.J. HUM.RTS. 439-447 (2002)) were chosen for publication. She received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from Hamilton College in upstate New York, and her law degree in 2003 from New York Law School. She was accepted to the State Bar of Georgia in November 2004. Attorney Alfred has expert knowledge in the area of contract disputes, and acted as the former Contract Compliance Manager/Associate General Counsel for CI2, Inc., a telecommunications company in Atlanta, GA. Along with her partner, she established a law firm, Alfred Ellis, LLC in 2005. She is a former board member of the Atlanta Bar Asylum Project (ABAP) and holds current memberships with the Atlanta Bar Association and Gate City Bar. Attorney Alfred's primary responsibilities are development and review of all contractual and obligatory documents. She also serves as liaison between the Chairman and other law firms retained by WDMG, i.e. Klein, Zelman, Rothermel and Dichter, LLP of New York; Mann & Zarpas, LLC; Professional Legal Assistors (Dottie Brewer) of California; and the internationally acclaimed firms of Paul Hastings, Janofsky, and Walker; and Hogan and Hartson, LLP.

Jessie Brown is knowledgeable in the areas of administrative, accounting, organizational management and leadership. She has gained significant experience over a twenty year period while working with reputable companies such as Schindel & Cooper, Canon and Sports Eye, Inc. of New York; and Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA. As founder of a women's investment club and co-founder of a successful parent-support group in Brooklyn, NY, Ms. Brown has a proven record of outstanding leadership and management abilities. A graduate of Oral Roberts University, Ms. Brown's professional background and leadership abilities are essential to the expansion and continued growth of WinSonic.

Lisa Hollingsworth's twenty (+) years experience in executive administration and financial management is important during the organization and implementation phases of WDMG. Ms. Hollingsworth holds a B.S. in Accounting/Business Administration and a minor in Computer Science, and a B.A. in Theology. She has a diverse background in commercial finance, marketing and executive management. Past affiliations include Church Loan Specialist, LLC (partner), Oakwood Worldwide Property Management, East Coast Regional Division, Oscar Robertson & Associates (Director of Marketing and Management), and W.E. Henry Management -- McDonalds Franchise Division (V.P. of Management). Ms. Hollingsworth's skill level in the areas of organization and structure, policies and procedures, human resources, budgeting and analysis are fundamental components that will lend to the success of the company.

Felecia Ruffin possesses the organizational skills and proficiency to manage and maintain legal documentation for WDMG. Her background as Legal Assistant overseeing corporate and government contracting and civil litigation, in addition to conducting legal research for Federal Acquisition Regulations, equips her with the necessary experience to effectively manage official documents for WDMG. Ms. Ruffin is also an expert in coordinating and compiling reports, which is vital to her role as Administrator of Legal/Business Affairs, coupled with other general office, customer service, diversity training and business writing skills.

Maklain Devoe is a 2005 graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Business Administration/ Finance and a background in management, sales/finance, promotions and entertainment. The experience he brings to WDMG is significant in the planning and implementation of all business operations. His responsibilities include review, production and distribution of documents in addition to serving as liaison between the executive management staff and departmental staff.
