Mobile Airwaves Corporation Teams With Ingenex Corporation to Serve the Burgeoning $2.5B Business Intelligence Marketplace

SAN FRANCISCO, June 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mobile Airwaves Corporation, (Pink Sheets:MBAW), today announced the execution of a sales and marketing agreement with Ingenex Corporation. Mobile Airwaves produces software that allows mobile business users to access mission critical data remotely, everywhere, anytime, as if they were on their home office network.

Under the terms of the agreement Mobile Airwaves and Ingenex will engage in joint development, sales, marketing and promotional activities. Mobile Airwaves will bundle its Aqivo(tm) Mobile Connectivity Server with Ingenex's insightQOS(r) technology, creating the only wireless solution that addresses IT and business strategy together to meet the growing market for executive management and corporate governance services.

"Leading companies are aggressively aligning IT metrics with corporate business objectives. Since key decision makers are rarely at their desk we have created a wireless executive decision management system named BI Mobility that addresses this need. Using the Mobile Airwaves technology with Ingenex Business Intelligence solutions allows us to leap-frog ahead of any BI solution in the marketplace," states William J. Boll, President & CEO of Ingenex Corporation.

"This partnership accelerates our ability to deliver the true potential of mobile access to critical and time sensitive data by authorized personnel, anywhere, any time, over any network," commented Robert Zimmerman, CEO of Mobile Airwaves Corporation.
