TRAVERSE CITY, Mich., June 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Aurora Oil & Gas Corporation (AMEX:AOG) today announced Mr. John V. Miller, Jr., Vice President, has been invited to present at the 43rd Annual Meeting of the Society of Independent Professional Earth Scientists, to be held June 21-24, 2006 in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Mr. Miller will be presenting on "The New Albany Shale Gas Play in the Illinois Basin" during the Friday morning technical session. His discussion will include:
