CMARK International, Inc. Completes Renovation of Officers' Club on Pensacola Naval Air Station

Company Collaborates With Subsidiary of Halliburton to Finish Project

COLUMBIA, S.C., July 24, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- CMARK International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMKI), a leading service-disabled, Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) provider of service and products to federal government institutions and facilities, today announced the company has completed the renovation of Mustin Beach Officers' Club on Pensacola Naval Air Station, a historic building originally constructed in 1937.

According to Charles Jones, Jr., CEO and President, CMARK was contracted to provide the design and installation of the galley, scullery, bar, holding kitchen, walk-in refrigeration equipment and floor tile for the renovation/reconstruction of the Officer's Club on Pensacola Naval Air Station. The project required collaboration with multiple agencies on the base, the prime contractor -- KBR, a subsidiary of the Halliburton Company, and the electrical and plumbing contractors. The entire job took more than one year from beginning to end and generated revenue of just under $1 million for CMARK.

"The completed officers' club has become a showcase for the entire Navy and a star in the crown of KBR," said Jones. "The successful completion of this contract has given CMARK a great reputation with KBR, the Navy and the other subcontractors involved in the job and will greatly enhance our ability to win future jobs of this scope. At CMARK, we take great personal pride in the part we played in the completion of this magnificent place where the men and women of the United States Navy can relax and enjoy the off duty time they so richly deserve."

The club is named after Captain Henry C. "Rum" Mustin, Naval Aviator No. 11, and the first commanding officer of NASD Pensacola. The renovated and reconstructed Club offers a dining room with seating capacity of 125, a ballroom seating 500, a large lounge, three private rooms, lobby and quarterdeck overlooking the bay and a gazebo on the beach for cookouts and beach parties.
