CMARK International, Inc. Announces Strategic Agreement with Billion Dollar Furniture Manufacturer

Company to Help Expand the Reach of Herman Miller Products to Its Federal Government Friendly Markets and Beyond

COLUMBIA, S.C., Aug. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- CMARK International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMKI), a leading service-disabled, Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) provider of service and products to federal government institutions and facilities, today announced a memorandum of understanding with Herman Miller Inc. (Nasdaq:MLHR), a leading furniture manufacturer with sales over $1.7 billion this year. The MOU allows future teaming agreements to be established between CMARK and various Herman Miller locations. Subsequently, CMARK entered into an agreement with Herman Miller Government to become a teaming partner. As a teaming partner, CMARK will expand awareness and generate sales of the Herman Miller product line to specific federal government friendly markets reserved for disabled veterans.

According to the agreement, CMARK will introduce the Herman Miller product line as part of their offering to existing clients and prospective ones alike. In addition, CMARK will also make product presentations when and where there's no other authorized Herman Miller dealer involved in the project or marketing opportunity.

"Representing a major furniture manufacturer such as Herman Miller gives us a fantastic opportunity to build further revenues while having the privilege of working directly with another billion dollar company," said Charles W. Jones, Jr., CEO and President of CMARK International, Inc. "Herman Miller is recognized as an award-winning, highly innovative furniture designer and manufacturer. We believe partnering with them will certainly raise our profile, potentially increase our business and be of tremendous assistance to them when it comes to accessing our vast network of federal government contacts as well as those friendly markets reserved for disabled veterans."

Herman Miller is a recipient of the prestigious National Design Award for product design from the Smithsonian Institution's Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. Earlier this year, the company was once again cited by Fortune magazine as the "Most Admired" company in its industry and is among Business Ethics magazine's "100 Best Corporate Citizens."
