CDKNet.com Completes Name Change to Arkados Group, Inc.

Powerline Communications Company Ticker Symbol Changes to AKDS


PISCATAWAY, N.J., Sept. 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- CDKNet.com, Inc. (OTCBB:CDKN) changed its corporate name to Arkados Group, Inc., effective today. Effective at the opening of the market, the company's new trading symbol will be "OTCBB:AKDS."

The change only effects the company's corporate name and the company will continue to conduct its HomePlug(r) Applications business principally through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arkados, Inc.
