EcoPlus, Inc. Enters Into Negotiations With Alliance Development Group for Development of EcoPlus Systems

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EcoPlus, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ECPL) has entered into negotiations with Alliance Development Group for managing construction of up to ten grease processing plants. Alliance is a highly experienced development corporation located in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in build-to-suit and sale-leaseback arrangements.

Ralph Rogers, President of EcoPlus, stated, "The relationship with Alliance could be the most important factor regarding our plans for national growth. Alliance has a significant contact base in multiple markets throughout the U.S. which can provide construction, equipment leasing and financing. This will create a surge to our bottom line profitability with minimal costs to our shareholders."

Financial projections indicate there will be in excess of $13 million in initial licensing fees and over $300,000 per year of reoccurring revenues for EcoPlus at the ten plant per year level.

ECPL has a patent-pending technology that utilizes an environmentally friendly process for turning restaurant-generated brown grease refuse into a high quality, solid fuel product. This product can be used as a coal substitute to produce power, as an adjunct fuel in waste heat to energy and steam plant operations and as a fuel for industrial process heat over a broad range of applications.
