In the newly named company, Kazemi will be responsible for the Frucall product platform.

"I am extremely pleased to have accomplished and talented executives join our management team," stated Kazemi. "Behzad's vast technical experience in building large software systems and architecting one of the world's largest networks, in addition to his business vision and industry presence gives Frucall a significant advantage. He brings a unique blend of technological expertise and foresight to Frucall. Additionally, Tony's broad worldwide marketing experience in the consumer and business communications field, together with his advertising industry experience will further accelerate the company's growth," Kazemi said.

"Quickly making informed purchasing decisions with nothing more than a simple phone call, marks a significant shift in consumer purchasing options," said Antony Milner. "Frucall gives consumers the advantages of traditional in-store, hands-on shopping together with easy access to online price information. It also gives advertisers and brands a highly targeted, unique opportunity to engage with consumers at the point-of-sale," he said.

"Frucall has already become the leader in providing price-comparison information at the point of sale," said Dr. Behzad Nadji. "I am delighted to lead the Frucall team in building an information delivery infrastructure that will be used concurrently by millions of consumers throughout the world.
