Bodisen Biotech Expects Strong Revenues and Net Income Growth for Third Quarter Ended September 30, 2006


NEW YORK, Oct. 18, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bodisen Biotech, Inc. (AMEX:BBC) (LSE:BODI) (website: www.bodisen.com), the first China-based environmentally friendly bio-fertilizer company listed on a U.S. stock exchange, and dually listed in London, today announced that the company expects to report strong year-over-year revenue and net income growth for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. The company expects to report its third quarter financial results by November 15, 2006.

For the third quarter ended September 30, 2005, the company recorded $10.5 million in revenues and net income of $2.9 million, or $0.19 fully diluted EPS.
