Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. Appoints Chief Financial Officer


PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Nov. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Environmental Service Professionals, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVSP) today announced the appointment of Michael Fell as its chief financial officer. Mr. Fell assumed his duties on August 2, 2006.

Mr. Fell also serves as the corporate treasurer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Fell held financial executive positions for more than 17 years, including five years as CFO of Paragon Cable Television, a joint venture between Time, Inc. and Houston Industries, Inc., and seven years as vice president and senior vice president at American Express and First Data Corporation.

Fell brings to Environmental Service Professionals nearly three decades of experience in consumer service and technology-enabled service companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Cloud State University, an MBA in finance from Syracuse University, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
