In conjunction with this expanded area of interest, China Resources Group Ltd. has also changed its name to "inTerra Resources Corp." to more closely reflect the Company's corporate identity with its new business direction. A new trading symbol and CUSIP will also be issued.
The Company is currently evaluating international projects for potential acquisition. The Company has no definitive agreements to acquire any resource exploration or development projects at this time.
