Metropolis Technologies' President, Michael Smith stated, "The name Impact E-Ticketing Corporation clearly identifies our commitment to focus the company's product offerings within the high margin universe of online e-ticketing transactions and its abundant ancillary revenue streams. This is another significant step in the execution of our brand building strategy which also includes plans for a comprehensive 6-month national media blitz beginning in Q1 of 2007."
Smith concluded, "The NASD will be providing the company with a new CUSIP number and Ticker Symbol. We wish to inform our shareholders that they must immediately prepare for a mandatory undertaking to send their Metropolis Technologies Corporation share certificates to the company's Transfer Agent for cancellation. Once received, the company's Transfer Agent will issue new certificates to its shareholders in the name of Impact E-Ticketing Corporation."
