American Enterprise Acquires 35 Percent of Beverage Distributor


HOUSTON, Nov. 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- American Enterprise Development Corporation (OTCBB:AEND) has acquired a 35% ownership interest in beverage distributor Dynamic Distribution, Inc. Dynamic Distribution is a new beverage distributor which will focus on the distribution of the Havoc(tm) energy drink to convenience stores, clubs and grocery outlets in markets where Havoc(tm) has licensed sponsorship agreements. The convenience store market is critical to the successful distribution of any energy drink.

"Havoc(tm) has generated powerful momentum through its aggressive licensing and sponsorship agreements that will provide the leverage we need to quickly gain market share," noted C.K. Williams, AEND's President. "By acquiring a proprietary distribution relationship with Dynamic Distribution, we expect to effectively penetrate key markets in the nest few months," he added.

Havoc(tm) has licensing and sponsorship agreements with college athletic conferences representing over 100 colleges in addition to agreements with professional sports teams and business groups for the co-branding of the Havoc(tm) energy drink in nearly 200 U.S. markets.
