Titanium Group Announces Third Quarter Financials; Revenues Continue to Grow

Company's Products Continue to Spur Strong Demand in Early Stage of Commercialization With Backlog of Orders Reaching $1.9 Million


SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Titanium Group Limited (OTCBB:TTNUF), a leading biometric and security solutions provider today announced financial results for its fiscal 2006 third quarter ended September 30, 2006. Total revenue for the quarter was $513,518 an increase of 19 percent compared to the same quarter last year. Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2006 was $2,007,034, an increase of 58 percent over the nine month period of the previous year. In addition, Titanium stated it had a backlog of orders of approximately $1.9 million compared to $1 million at September 30, 2005.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2006, the Company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), and before the non cash charge for stock based compensation, was $109,082.

At September 30, 2006, Titanium had net equity of $1,056,084 and working capital of $350,000.
