White Mountain Enters Into Marketing Services Agreement


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 13, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- White Mountain Titanium Corporation (OTCBB:WMTM) has entered into a six month, non-exclusive marketing services agreement with David Rochester, principal of Titanium Sands Consulting Ltd. Under the agreement, Mr. Rochester will report to Brian Flower, Executive Chairman and will assist in coordinating the development of the Company's titanium marketing program.

One important component of this program is to meet with titanium feedstock buyers and other users of high grade titanium ores to gauge potential demand for Cerro Blanco product from within the industry. Mr. Rochester has over 25 years experience in the paints and pigments industry, having previously worked for ICI, Tioxide, and most recently as Purchasing Director for Titanium Ores for the Huntsman Group.
