Sunnylife Global's Hospital Management Team and Representative of the Hunan State-Owned Asset Management Commission Visit the U.S. to Review U.S. Policy and Governance


LOS ANGELES, Jan. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL) announced today the arrival of members of the management team of their Xiang Tan World Friendship Hospital in Hunan, China, together with a representative of the Hunan State-Owned Assets Commission.

Mr. Shu-Guang Xiang, Vice Chairman of the State-owned Assets Administration Commission of Hunan Province (owners of 30% of the Xiang Tan World Friendship Hospital) will be visiting Sunnylife's Los Angeles office to meet with its Board of Directors to discuss government policy, foreign exchange requirements, and other investment issues.

President of Sunnylife's Xiang Tan World Friendship Hospital, Dr. Lian-Gun Gu, is here in the United States to study four American hospitals and to learn more about the American hospital system and insurance policies in the U.S.

Controller of the World Friendship Hospital, Qiu Yan Cheng, will study the U.S. GAAP system of accounting, the audit requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and will address an upgrade of the hospital's accounting systems.
