CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Jan. 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- First Security Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:FSGI), a community bank holding company serving middle and eastern Tennessee and northern Georgia, announced that its board of directors at its regular meeting declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on March 16, 2007 to shareholders of record on March 1, 2007.
